SWX2008 & Vista Home Premium

I know that SWx2008 is only supposed to run on Vista Ultimate & Business, but has anyone got it to run on Home Premium? I would like to install it on my home desktop to work from home a little, but my new desktop has Vista Home Premium installed.

If it doesn't work, it's only about $150 for the upgrade to Vista Business Ultimate.

Anna,

Installed it last nite, install seems to go fine, but the program will not open. I just get a error box that says "SolidWorks".

Just curious if any one else has installed it on Home Premium & got it to work.

This should work for any version of Vista since it basically runs in an XP mode.

just tried the compatability settings, still does not work with Vista Home Premium.
