Does solidworks 2004 come with...

Cosmos/Works,Motion,Flow-Works ??
Or only Cosmos/Express ?

Does anybody know where I could find a solidworks
model of a "Rod-End/Spherical" bearing? Looking for a
1/4" Male Rod-End bearing for the steering linkages in a
go-kart.

Only CosmosExpress.

If you have a bearing in hand, why not make the model(s) yourself?
I made two different 1/4" female ones last week. Took about 30 minutes each.

Click on the "Download CAD drawings" button on the home page. They have all the vital dimensions shown. You can download 2D or 3D models. There is no native Solidworks format but SAT 4.0 is available. The ball appears to come in as a separate part from the body so you should be able to make a fully functional model.

Yep, I've modelled about the whole Auroura product line, throughout my modelling of an entire race car. the trick to making it go together well, is have the origin at the center of rotation an all the parts in the assembly (rod-end, race, and bearing, depending on how you model it) just just mate all three origins together. I'd offer to send you a model, but I don't have any kind of acess to 'em right now. Lastly, in my opinion, if your a$$ is goin in the seat, get the Good stuff(RXAM's, XAM's, or the performance racing series) not the plain ol' AM/AB's, theyr'e not THAT much pricier, and, they look better, too.
