To my knowledge there isn't a formal training course offered for SWMHYMO in Canada right now. There may have been a course offered when the the program first came out but I'm not aware of any current training courses.
I've used the "HYMO" programs quite extensively throughout Canada and even a few projects in the U.S, I would willing to annswer any specific questions you may have.
