SWM Easement and Covenant 1

I just finished signing and sealing an as built of a swm facility in Maryland. The owner needs a swm easement and covenant to be documented and recorded. I’m plenty familiar with the process but what do you guys think of an Professional Engineer signing and sealing a easement document with an exhibit ?
