Swept Blend, how to maintain constant thickness

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a piece of bend sheetmetal and the swept blend seemed the right choice for that. I have created several cross-sections, all with the same height (0.1 mm) and the feature looks good. However, i found now that the thickness changes a ittle bit in between the cross-sections. Does anybody have an idea how I can prevent this? Many thanks.

you should be using the sheetmetal module.

Hi Bart,

I have been using the "thin" feature option in the swept Blend and that seems to work fine for me. Following up on your remark, I see now that the (Swept) Blend feature is also available in Sheetmetal, thank you!
