Hello;
I wonder if someone has advice for tracing a 2D profile around a non-standard curve. I'm designing eyeglass frames for 3D printing so the profile must be very close. I can only get the profile to follow short segments of the curve.
Would this work better if I copied the curve as a spline?
I've uploaded the relevant .sldprt file and curve here. -- http://towardzeroimpact.net/SolidworksQuestion/

Thank you for any tips.

I'm on a work computer and don't want to download the file, but I've had luck using the "fit spline" command to turn curves, or complex curves into one continuous path.

thank you
I looked up some tutorials on fit-spline and it did the job.
wonderful
