SW2004 File Save

I had a question about the "save as" settings. On one computer here in the shop when you click "save as" it gives you a field, 3rd row down, for entering "description". The other machine in the same field says "Part No.". Anyone know how to change this so both machines say description???

The setings are as follows.
Click on Tools: options:
Under the general tab at the bottom there is a selection
that reads
"CUstom property used as component discription."
there is a drop down box. What ever you have selected in the drop down box is what will be displayed.
