sw2003 sp02.1 upgrade to sw2005

Currently one licence of 2003, just loaded new licence of 2005 on other machine, now going to update the licence on this machine, does anybody have any comments, or experienced any problems?

Search through this site and you will find plently of comments on SW05.

FYI you should do a new install and not an upgrade of SW05 or any major version for that matter.
