SW Tool Bar and Icons are Geyed out when previous drawing opened

When I open a day old SW drawing file, all Tool Bars and icons are grayed out except "save" and "print."

I can create a new drawing,save and open again without any problem.

Any idea why this mysterious problem happening?

Is Quick View enabled when opening the file?

If you're trying to get around the profanity filter, "ghey" is more widely used.

Quick View is not enabled while opening the file.
