SW for the Tektronix 2630 FFT analyzer

thread792-110697 discussed getting an older Tektronix 2630 FFT analyzer working. The SW, manuals and pinout of cable are discussed in the thread.

I also have one to get working if the SW were available, Tektronix website has deleted the data on this, tried the boat anchor archive, etc.

Any one have the SW for the tektronix 2630 FFT analyzer?
