SW Dwg View Annotation Lock

Hello Fellow CAD Jocks,
In a SW05 drawing you can have multiple views with several annotations locked to different views. With this, dragging a view will move all notes, etc that are locked to the view along with it. Is there a QUICK way to lock an annotation to a different view other than the one it is currently locked to without cutting,deleting,or pasting it.

Just a pet peeve when modifying drawings. An example would be a flagnote placed above a hole callout specifying particular instructions for that feature.

Show its leader, attach its leader to the view of interest, hide the leader. Not much quicker than cut/paste, though.
