I have created a design table to drive a sketch. I am trying to figure out some geometry issues with some linkages. I would like to be able to take a driven dimension in the sketch and read it into my design table (or another excel spreadsheet) for several different values of the dimension that is driven by the design table. Does anyone know of a way of doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chris

You can't bring a driven Dimension into a DT. Because a DT job is to drive the dims, that drive the design.

You can however just put it at the end of the DT and use it as a reference dim. I'm also sure you can find the right Dims in the DT to actually drive it in Excel, like your driving it in SW. If you would like an example, I can send you one.

I hope that helps, Scott Baugh, CSWP [spin]
