My company has set up the SW toolbox to look to our server to pull all the info, allowing us to manage the toolbox easier.

I used XP to make this toolbox folder 'available offline' and made sure SW is still pointing to the server address.

However, when I am offline, I do not get any of the toolbox files. How can I get SW to see them?

thanx inn advance

Thanks Scott!

Excuse my ignorance, but what's the point of offline files then? This seemed like the perfect application for what I want..... oh well

Can you access them through Windows Explorer?

I'd also be careful about database changes in Offline mode if multiple people have write access to it.

Gildashard,

I can see the offline files, via the 'offline folder', found on my XP desktop.

As for the db changes, I fully understand this is a one way street, only ever opening existing files in the toolbox and not editing/adding them.
