SW 2007 SP5 Custom Template Crashing Issue?

Hello,

I have a custom template set up that has a number of blocks and a number of custom property links within it. When I try to drag over a block from the design library onto the custom template I have set up it crashes sometimes giving me a runtime error and sometimes crashes without giving me anything but it will crash no matter what. I can copy and paste blocks into the drawing from other drawings but I can't drag them from the design library. I have a screen shot of the runtime error attached. Any ideas?

Are you using SW Toolbox? If not, make sure it is not enabled in the add-in?

No, I am not using SW toolbox. I also do not have any other add-ins enabled.
