SW 2005 drawing problem

I seem to have a problem with sketching, the snaps dont seem work. When you move the cursor it highlites to snap but just snaps next to the line end not on it and also the cursor cross leaves tracers!. Ive never had this problem before so Im just wondering why its started now.

That's because it sounds like you have a Grid turned on ar at least the snaps. Try turning that off - Tools\Options\Document properties\Grid/Snap - Also if you are in SW05 check out - Tools\System OPtions\Sketch\Relations/Snaps - if you have "Grid" checked - Uncheck it.
