Folks,

I have a dip solution of 80% acetone, resin, and carbon black particles. The present system attempting to maintain particle suspension is a diaghram pump loop with a perforated supply line in the bottom of a square 400 gal tank. The problem is the rapid accumulation of solids in the tank bottom especially in "quite areas".

Are there standard reccomendations for keeping solutions such as this in suspension?

Hello,

Have you considered adding strategically placed sparger nozzles to your pipe to increase the flow and direct it to areas where particles are accumulating?
