A friend lent me its computer to play a little bit with Susprog 3D the software he uses to simulate suspension. He only uses it for McPhersons and trail arm suspension in touring cars.

I wanted to do a Formula Renault, the double A seems quite strightfoward to do. The main problem is the pull rod. After trying a little I sorted geometry out, but there is a problem.

The picture seems to be fine but the motion ratio that the program gives me is weird: -2.2

Can someone help me to sort out where can be the problem here?

The same happened with the double qwishbone front suspension of a touring car I wanted to study.

Can anyboy help, please?
