Hi,

What is the effect of surfactant concentration in a U/S bath when the U/S power is increase or reduce. What is the effect if the frequency is change? Is there any site that I can find this information? Thank You.

yutaini, I take it your talking about a U/S parts washer. In terms of temperature, surfactant conc., energy input and frequency changes. These all are dependent on the type of "dirt" that's adhering to the part. It would probably be best if you contacted the manufacturer of the equipment. They in all probability have extensive experience/knowledge and know the best methods for optimizing the system by manipulating the above.

Hope this helps.

Hi Saxon,

Yes, I using U/S washer to wash electronics components. What type of test method I should use to check if there is any surfactant resdiue left on the washed component?
