Surfacing Help?

I'm not a surfacing guy (trying to learn). I've attached a screen shot of what I'm attempting to do. In NX7.5, what would be the appropriate step to somehow blend A,B, and C together. I would like a smooth surface to eliminate that drop down shown.
 
I think you need to supply a better picture or better yet, a sample part file.
