In ProE Wildfire, is there any method to sew or stitch a set of surfaces together, that enclose a volume, to create a solid. Thanks in advance.

Edit > Merge, to take it a little further; then Solidify.

in wildfire 4.0 you can select all the surfaces and merge at once. Once the surfaces are merged you can then use the 'solidify' function to solidify the geometry. The group of surfaces will need to as we say 'hold water' or be a water tight merge.

Good luck.
