Hello everyone!

Is there anyone who can tell me how ABAQUS calculates and imposes traction vectors on the surface of a 10-node quadratic tetrahedron solid element?

I don't think you can find any helpful information regarding this in Abaqus documentation and it's the only place where it could be found. So you should look for general FEM textbooks instead.
