surface roughness profilometer

I have several profilometers I would like to fix. I have mitutoyo surftest III and Bendix. Does anyone know where to get electrical schematics or maintenance manuals? Where do you buy a replacement stylus?

Not sure about the schematics, but we have a Mitutoyo surftest where the stylus died and the only place to get a replacement was Mitutoyo. Bloody expensive though...in the end we actually bought a new machine because it was cheaper!
