Surface from points in a file

Good afternoon folks!
I'm trying to draw the upper camber (and lower camber , in the future), of a wing with a varied profile. I have a program in Matlab that gives me the x, y, and z points in a txt file. But when I import the cloud of points on the Catia the points gain a new orientation, not being what I expected. How do I know the file layout for the correct import? Or how can do it?
