Can anyone advise as to a supplier of the alloy Supranhyster 50T?
It's a nickel iron alloy. Even a link to a website with some data would be useful.
Thanks

Just Google Supranhyster. Lots of hits.

Done that, thanks. Wouldn't bother asking the eng-tips a question that google could answer.
I was really trying to establish the distributor network, we have a UK supplier who is getting it from the US somewhere, I'm looking for the people who actually make it over there. Google throws up companies in India, one in Taiwan...I'm really trying to find the source as opposed to just the importer for the UK. Have you had any experience working with this material? that would be useful. Especially any info on cost/machinibility. We are looking to replace some Silicon Iron we currently use mainly to exploit the low coercivity.

Thanks for that (both of you). I've contacted the company in question and it looks like they can get us the material at a better price than we thought.
