Any items touching the structure, or the pipe, in Fire Sprinkler applications must be listed. Normally, if permitted by the Steel Manufacturer, some sort of "Sammy Screw", or other approved means is to be used. I would strongly suggest checking with the provider of the steel for input on their allowed methods as well. R/ Matt Upvote 0 Downvote
