Supplier for Inexpensive Ratchet Wheel and Pawl

Hi all, I am in search of a supplier for a low cost ratchet mechanism containing a ratchet wheel/gear and pawl. It is for a light load application, and can be manufactured from any metal, but I imagine getting my hands on a cheap steel or brass one would be easiest. The ratchet solution would ideally be under $30. I greatly appreciate any help you can provide in finding a supplier or manufacturer.
