Superelement with differential stiffness

I am running MSC 2008 r1. Would like create an external SE with differentail stiffness (prestressed-nonlinear (sol106)) effects. Does anyone have templets for creating the SE with differential stiffness and including the SE in the residual run? Thanks in advance.
