sum variables automatic

In my Simulink model I have several subsystems. I want to sum a certain variable output of these subsystems all toghether.
However, I want to add blocks from my personal library to my model freely, without adjusting any other part of my model. The output of any new subsystem should also be incorporated in the total sum.
How to do?
