I have to design parking and taxiway for Sukoi 24/30. Is there a source for data on these planes other than general? Load on gears, tire pressure, etc..?

You might check with the manufacturer... I haven't designed aircraft pavements for several years, but the manufacturers had this information including fueled weights, max loads, etc.
