Dear,
It was found indication that during sponge test, some of sponge left in the manifold piping ( close to the butt joint pipe to pipe ). We can not use borescope because after complete weld there're no access to do that.
We have try to use radiographic too. But it can't help to verify tube number where the sponge still left inside.
Question :
- What other suitable means can we use to verify this case ?
