What's the maximum allowable conductor temperature your company uses for the outdoor substation copper bus bar? 90 degree C? 80 degree C? or 70 degree C? If you use the conductor temperature lower than 90 degree, why? what're the main concerns?

THanks

According to ABB Switchgear Manual the maximum continuous temperature according to DIN 43670 & 43671 will be:
For bar conductor screw connection approx. 120 oC
For the same as above but silvered approx. 160 oC
For post insulators and bushing approx. 85 oC
Other material [as per IEC Pub.85] more than 90 oC [class A, B, C, E, F and H]
Other material [as indicated by manufacturer]:
For solid insulation bus bar approx. 85 oC
For Epoxy Resin Casting Glass Filled insulators max 130 oC.
