I am looking for an equipment coating vendor or product for an industrial wastewater stream with elevated temperature flow (105-115 F) and extremes in pH (5.5 – 11.) The waste stream is eating off the submersible pump’s manufacturer coating system (primer plus Tnemec epoxy.) I have contacted Contech, Carboline (Pittsburg Paint) and Madison Chemicals with no luck for a potential solution. Please let me know if there is someone you’ve used for coating materials that might have a product.

I don't see what is so difficult about these service conditions.
Either they didn't have good enough surface prep or the filler in the coating is being attacked.
I have used various products over the years, this is one that comes to mind:

When you are coating surface prep is everything, getting the correct profile and cleanliness along with temp and humidity are critical if you expect a coating to last.

Is there something abrasive in the waste like sand, SiC, etc? If not, then I agree with Ed.
