Student edition won't run

Hi all, I recent completed a PTC authorised training course (Surfacing using Creo Parametric 2.0) as part of the course I get a copy of Creo 3.0 (student edition) & 12 months access to the PTC University Precision LMS site.

I downloaded the software & installed it following the online instructions, unfortunately when I try & run it I get the following message appear:

"This app can't run on your PC

To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher"

I'm using a Samsung Series 5 laptop, with i7 processor, 8Gb Ram & Windows 10.
The software is Creo Parametric 3.0 M020

Any ideas what the problem is?

Your version of Windows 10 is probably the problem, here is what is supported:

Windows 10 Professional 64-bit Edition3
Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Edition3
Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB 64-bit Edition3 Base OS
Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit Standard Edition1&2 Base OS
Windows 8.1 32 and 64-bit Edition
Windows 8.1 Pro 32 and 64-bit Edition
Base OS, Update (KB 2919355)
Windows 8 32 and 64-bit Edition
Windows 8 Pro 32 and 64-bit Edition Base OS
Windows 7 Professional 32 and 64-Edition
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 and 64-Edition
Windows 7 Enterprise 32 and 64-Edition Base OS, Service Pack 1

There could also be a problem with the graphics card.

Got it sorted!
Turns out the version I had (M020) didn't work on W10, PTC tech support remotely installed M070 which works fine!
