4 rectangular column 2.1m*2.1m*2m ofset to circular 2m diameter hight 2m - no grade beam to - subbort adome. The axial loal 125 ton. How we put the ofset bars from the rect. to the circular col.? considering that we put 50 bars 4 @ the corners and 10 @ each side & 4 @ the circle cercumferance 4 in the core. How we make the dowels when the offset is > or = to 75 mm to make lap splice ?

Don't know whether I understand the question... but, I would think that dowels in a circular pattern to the round column above.
