What would be a fair price or way to price only the install of a stairway that is steel with landings and rails.i know most price buy the riser count.

Depends on who is putting it up where, for whom. Is this a change-order item? If they can't agree on anything else, then keep track of manhours actually spent and price accordingly. More detail might help.

I am thinking 50$ per riser.Dont know if this means the landings are included.i only have to install.always did this buy the hour but now they want me to put numbers on each stair.

A lumpsum price would probaly be best, However, structeral steel is also priced by the pound or hunderedwieht (100 hundred pounds. However, if it is a small amount of weight with a lot of fitting up, the unit price may be higher than normal.

For 2 way slab direct design method, consider a interior panel, if there is no beams running between any 2 adjacent
columns, should alpha be 0 or 1? I am confused. Thanx in advance!

Pricing would difer depending on where you are located and if it's union labor or not. Never priced stairs by the riser before.
