Hey folks,
I have to create some structural construction specs - steel & concrete (unfortunately from scratch). Are there any good references out there to use as a decent basis?
All my spec writing/modding was done under another company, of which i no longer have access to my old stuff. Thanks for the advice.

If you do an internet search on specific sections (i.e. 05120, 03300, etc.), you'll get hits on some specifications for public projects. You can use them as models to write your own specifications. Of course, you'll have to evaluate them for quality and applicablility.

Thanks for that reference - specs aren't the most difficult thing in the world to write-up, but when you have to start from scratch with nothing to go by but memory - I was worried I would forget items which are important.

Ugg, but I do hate doing specifications. lol.
