I am searching for literature of structural masonry. Any one have an idea where i can find it ?

Check ACI 530...that is the Building Code for Structural masonry

Also check out James Amrhein's Reinforced Masonry Design Handbook or Masonry Design Manual. These publications may be available at the Masonry Institute of America.

Look at anything by J Morton of Brick Development Association, UK. He's produced a number of very well detailed papers on Structural Masonry and it's design and detailing. Recommended!

BS5628 is the UK standard, in 3 parts. Also "Handbook to BS5628" by Heseltine & Moore.

AS3700 is the Australian code. Anthony Tugwell
Project Director & Consulting Engineer - now in Australia
