Hallo,
Does anybody know site/sites, which have an offers for design of projects - in area of Structural Engineering and Design ?
I would like to apply for certain jobs on project by project base.

Depending on what kind of structural engineering you are looking at doing, your best bet is to network with small consulting engineer firms or architects that use outside experts for their structural design needs. Most clients will hire a consultant and then that consultant will provide the expertise either through in-house capabilities or external sub-contracting. I've rarely if ever seen anyone advertise for the individual specialties unless that is all they need.

Sounds like you want to cherry pick jobs in consulting engineering. Hard to do, usually you have to ins with architects, contractors, etc and just give them a price for jobs.

Im not sure googling it will provide the results you are looking for.
