Structural codes in Spain 1

Hi all

Some time ago I asked a question ragarding the applicable structural codes in Spain and received a very good reply:

Since the tread is closed I have to start a new one.

The question is basically the same. Has the eurocodes been adopted and can I find the national annexes anywere to buy or download?

Or are the codes that the previous thread links to still applicable. Some of the links are dead but that might be for other reasons.

Any help is much appreciated.
