Kazakhstan Structural Design Codes

I am doing some research about Kazakhstan Structural Design Codes. Does anyone have experience with Kazakhstan structural design codes? I know there have been quite a bit of changes over the past few years.
I am looking for a list of design codes, mainly for structural steel!

I remember , ( i have used the last time at 2007 ). KAZAKHSTAN design codes pretty similar with Russian codes , SNIPS . Moreover the code numbers also similar with SNIP.ROK .
