Stresses in semi-circular annular plates

I'm trying to obtain a formula to determine stresses in annular flat plates subjected to uniform pressure. The construction that I have is very similar to Roark's (7th), Table 11.2, case 31. Unfortunately, I can't meet the
b>\= 0.7a stipulation. Any help would be appreciated!

You will need to include shear terms when the plate diameters are closer than the 0.7 limit.

Most people go find a good FEA solver at that point.
