I'm currently struggling with the subject, and this is related to OFFPIPE software. In some discussions that I have had, some group of engineers informed me that R-O coefficient (α) and exponent (β) are the same as the value of A and B in the moment-curvature relationship, whilst some groups were against the understanding i.e. A and B shall be calculated based on α and β values. Can somebody please enlighten me on this issue.

Thank you very much for your time and help.
