Hello guys hope you are doing fine
Do you use stress path analysis most of the time ? and i understand that O.C clays should be sampled manually with bloc procedure but how can you sample something under 10 m of soil for ex
 
I think the stress path is a reporting requirement of the ASTM standard for CU testing. I'd say to ignore the findings would be minimizing the value. I also think a conceptual understanding of stress paths is important in assigning your laboratory strength test.

me too man , if i am not wrong it was Lad who invented the concept ( too lazy to search for it ) but i think its a genius approach
