What parameters do you intend to test? Destructive or non-destructive testing? Why do you need to test it? Maybe there is a better way to determine the information you are looking for. Feb 20, 2015 Thread starter #5 Robert222 Structural Mar 2, 2010 24 It is rusted steel rod which is completely exposed after digging in the crawl space....goes from one side upper footing to the other side lower footing (house on slope).....I don't want to cut it if it is loaded and maybe holding the foundation.
