Stress Linearization

Does anyone know how to get useful information from the stress linearization stress plot. How can the specific points be selected from the plot to show the intended stress. Can the displayed points be isolated? I am trying to separate the membrane and bending stress to compare against code allowables. (and how accurate are the linearized results?) Using WF4.
