for a linear static analysis carried out with a unit load the stress and displacement at any other loading can be obtained simply by factoring by the ratio of the loads as the relationship is linear.

my question is:

can stress levels obtained from a frequency response analysis be factored in the same way by different g levels to give stress at different g levels

Within the limits of linearity, yes.
