Does anybody know if the strength reduction factor "phi" for bearing on concrete in ACI-2005 is still the same as ACI-2002, i.e. phi=0.65?

If it is still the same in ACI-2005 as ACI-2002, then it will differ from AISC-13th value of phi=0.6. So, which value should we use both in PE exam and in future practice?

Thanks a lot.

It is 0.65. AISC Spec will be revised to match in 2010.
