Does anyone know the key differences,if any, between ASTM A262 Practise E and ISO 3651 Method 2A. Both are classed as Strauss tests and utilise CuSO4 and H2SO4 in the test solution but I am not sure if the concentrations are the same or if the immersion temperatures are the same.

While they may not be exactly identical the results are identical.
There was ongoing work to harmonize the two, but I don't know if that actually happened.

I managed to find the information I required which is as follows: -

ISO 3651-2A
Sensitized @ 700C for 30 mins.
20 Hours in boiling Copper Sulphate solution - (100g CuSO4/100mls H2SO4/700mls Water) - Made up to 1000mls with distiller Water
Examine @ x10 after bending through >90 degrees 1T.

ASTM A262-E
Sensitized @ 675C for 60 mins.
24 Hours in boiling Copper Sulphate solution - (100g CuSO4/100mls H2SO4 - Made up to 1000mls with distiller Water)
Examine @ x20 after bending through 180 degrees 1T.
