Does anyone know of a good tutorial for doing a strain energy analysis with Mechanica? I need to run a study where an applied load is gradually increased until a specific value of strain energy is reached in my part. It would be very helpful if I could plot this data, but it is not absolutely necessary.The main point is that I need to know the value of the applied load that causes the target strain energy.
