You can clearly see the storage tank roof which has been blown off due to tank explosion. h one dead (died on way to hospital) and two missing The tank contained gasoline. (it's likely there was hot work taking place on the tank roof when this accident occurred)

Foam firefighting systems seem to not be in use ... all news is preliminary !!!
